This is the classic soda can lid found on major beverage brands. You lift the tab, it pushes a small opening into the can, and the tab stays attached.

Cons: You can't see or smell the full aroma of the drink while sipping.

2. Full Open End (Full Aperture)

With this design, the entire top of the can is removed when the tab is pulled, turning the can into a cup.

Best For: Bubble tea (Boba), craft beer, iced coffee with ice cubes, drinks with fruit chunks.
